Barö is a Classic 26 ft If-Boat designed by Tord Sunden and built by Marieholm Bruk Sweden in 1976, her last insurance survey was in 2014 by William Copeland, Dip. Mar. Surveyor, Assoc IIMS BSc and in 2018 had a new Selden Mast and new rigging (Pasco's Boatyard St Just in Roseland) and new Main and Genoa (Collins Sails). She is fitted with a Series 2 12 hp Dolphin engine refurbished in 2020 driven by a Darglow 3 bladed feathering propeller (new 2015). She is fitted with Bartels furling gear and 2 Lewmar 8 and 2 Anderson winches. Barö has a custom made launching/road trailer (un-braked) easily towable by Landrover or similar.
